Shugaland website and service including its mobile applications ("Apps") and other interactive applications/sites, subsidiaries or affiliates through which its services are delivered (collectively referred to as the "Services") is owned and operated by Shugaland Technologies (which in these terms of Agreement is referred to as "SHUGALAND" or "we" and also through similar words like "us", "our"). Our services are provided for private and commercial use. For purposes of these Terms of Agreement, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services.
This Site's Terms of Agreement ("Terms') governs your use of all platforms offered by SHUGALAND, including our website, Apps and services (referred to as our "Site'). All visitors and users of our site are encouraged to read these terms of Agreement carefully before accessing this Site, as this Terms forms a legally binding agreement between you and us. Anytime you delete your account, you will not be able to re-activate your account or recover any of the content or information that you have added.

These Terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and SHUGALAND and govern your use of the Services. This agreement shall be solely governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. The Nigerian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to the agreement and each party hereby consents to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
The failure of SHUGALAND to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
We do not guarantee that our Services will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Services. You should use your own virus protection software.
If any provision of the terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, that term shall be severed from this agreement and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect; the parties nevertheless agree that the court shall endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision.
